We will have special guests and loads of exclusive “Hobby House Landing Grand Opening” swag for this event! Friday night will include Dinner and an Open Stitch Party at the Woodcliff Hotel. (All Woodcliff activities will be held in the Banquet Room and Palm Court inside the hotel.)

There will be shopping at Hobby House Landing on Saturday (with great sales and discounts), food trucks in the parking lot, shuttles to and from the Woodcliff, and so much more! Saturday night will feature the Woodcliff’s Signature Buffet Dinner and another Open Stitch Party.

Sunday will conclude the Weekend Event with more shopping at Hobby House Landing until 3:00pm and Open Stitch at the Woodcliff until 5:00pm!

STORE SHOPPING: Hobby House Landing - which is the home of Hobby House Needleworks, Hobby House Quilt Works, and Hobby House Wool Works - will be open for extended shopping hours during the Retreat Weekend!

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: Discounted standard room rates will be made available to Retreat Attendees at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsford and the Hampton Inn & Suites Victor also offer discounted rates for Hobby House Guests year-round. Links for the discounted rates will be posted on our social media. (Reservations made through third party providers will not honor the discounted rates, so please use the links provided.)

SHUTTLES: A designated shuttle service from the Woodcliff Hotel to Hobby House Landing will be available at no cost during the Retreat Weekend. Shuttle times will be posted prior to the Retreat. (Uber, Lyft, and other car/limo services are not included in the Retreat Fee.)

FOOD & BEVERAGES: Soda, water, coffee, and tea will be made available for free during the Retreat Times/Dates in the Banquet Room. Dinner will be provided Friday night, as well as Dinner on Saturday. A cash bar will be available both Friday and Saturday nights. (Additional food, beverage, and incidental purchases made at the hotel or off-site are not included in the Retreat Fee.)

REGISTRATION PROCESS: Registration will officially begin on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 12:00pm Noon ET on the Hobby House Needleworks website located at www.hobbyhouseneedleworks.com. A banner with the above graphic will appear at the top of the website and will link to the Registration Page. Seats will be confirmed based on accepted payments of $395 (USD) through Major Credit Cards and PayPal. We urge you to include your email address in your Account Contact Information so you can confirm that your payment has been received. (No phone, text, Messenger, mail, social media Comments, or any other form of communication will be accepted as a request to register.)

REFUND POLICY: -Please read carefully - Upon registering for this Retreat, we are not able to offer refunds unless another Needleworker fills your seat. This will be done by the Event Organizers, and no outside transfers of seats can be made. Costs are immediately incurred, and we need to ensure that these are covered. In addition, a $100 (USD) Service Fee will be deducted from the original Deposit, so the refunded amount will be $295 (USD). Deposits are non-refundable beginning July 1, 2025. We thank you for your understanding.

In addition, attendees who choose to cancel are responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as hotel reservations and transportation. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any cancellation costs incurred with hotels, airlines or other third parties.
