Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the item for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in resalable condition. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, we just ask you to pay the return shipping.
Shipping Policy - Domestic
Shipping on orders over $75 ship for free. The shipping method for free shipping will be USPS First Class Mail for all packages weighing under 16 oz. and USPS Priority Mail for all package weighing 16 oz. and over.
For orders under $75, you have the option of selecting which shipping method you prefer at checkout.
We strive to fulfill all orders within four to five business days.
If orders are placed within five days of each other, we will be happy to combine orders and reimburse any additional shipping that was paid.
Shipping Policy - International
We use an outside logistics company to manage our compliance responsibilites for the countries we ship to. This may include collecting taxes and duties and will vary from country to country.
United Kingdom
For all orders under £135, we are required to collect a 20% VAT tax. For orders over £135, any taxes and duties owed will be charged to the customer at time the parcels are being imported.

Classes & Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policies
Unless stated otherwise on the Registration Page of a specific event, the following Cancellation and Refund Policies will apply to all Classes and Retreats hosted by Hobby House Needleworks, Hobby House Quilt Works, Hobby House Wool Works, and Hobby House Landing.
If you request to cancel your Registration to a Class or Retreat, the following refunds will be made.
For Deposit/Balance Payments - Refunds on deposits will be made prior to balance payments being due minus a $100 administrative fee. Deposits become non-refundable after the balance payment due date. Non-payment of a balance by the due date will result in you forfeiting your seat. After a balance payment has been made, cancellations will receive a refund for the balance payment minus a $100 administrative fee if the request is made more than 45 days in advance of the event. Balance payments become non-refundable when the request is made less than 45 days of the class or event.
One-time Payment Fees - Refunds on one-time payments for Class or Retreat fees will be made minus a $100 administrative fee if the request to cancel is made more than 45 days in advance of the event. One-time payments are non-refundable when the request to cancel is made inside of 45 days to the event.
We thank you for your understanding. Please note that attendees who choose to cancel their participation in a Class or Retreat are responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as hotel reservations and transportation they have made. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any cancellation costs incurred with hotels, airlines or other third parties.
Errors & Omissions
Hobby House Needleworks is not responsible for errors or omissions in product speecifications or product pricing. We reserve the right to update product specifications or pricing at any time.
