Summer 27 - Deposit

Following an unforgettable Retreat Weekend, Stacy Nash, Paulette Stewart, and Beth Twist will be returning to Hobby House Needleworks August 13-15, 2027! Attendees will be treated to new exclusive kits from each of the designers, and will be pampered with lovely gifts, meals and fabulous extras throughout the entire Retreat Weekend! 

Registration will open on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 12:00pm Noon on the Hobby House Needleworks website. There will be limited seats available, so come one or come all, and round up your stitching friends and plan your next big road trip!

$795 (USD) | Consisting of:
- Registration Deposit: $300 (USD) (Non-refundable after May 1, 2027)
- Balance Payment: $495 (USD) (Due on May 1, 2027)

STORE SHOPPING:
Hobby House Landing - which is the home of Hobby House Needleworks, Hobby House Quilt Works, and Hobby House Wool Works - will be open for extended shopping hours during the Retreat Weekend! 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: 
Discounted standard room rates will be made available to Retreat Attendees at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. Reservations can be made the week after Registration opens. (Reservations made through third party providers will not honor the discounted rates, so please use the information provided and speak directly with the hotel front desk.)

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Soda, water, coffee, and tea will be made available during the Retreat Times/Dates in the Banquet Room. Dinner will be provided on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. (Additional food, beverages, and incidental purchases made at the hotel or off-site are not included in the Retreat Fee.)

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Registration will officially begin on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 12:00pm ET on the Hobby House Needleworks website located at hobbyhouseneedleworks.com. A banner with the above graphic will appear at the top of the website and will link to the Registration Page. Seats will be confirmed based on accepted payments of the Deposit Fee of $300 (USD) through Major Credit Cards and PayPal. We urge you to include your email address in your Account Contact Information so you can confirm that your payment has been received. (No phone, text, Messenger, mail, social media Comments, or any other form of communication will be accepted as a request to Register.)

REFUND POLICY:
- Please read carefully - 
If you cancel your Registration prior to May1, 2027, a $100 Service Fee will be deducted from your Deposit and a refund will be made. 
Deposits are non-refundable after May 1, 2027. 
Invoices for the Balance Payment will be sent April 1, 2027 and are due on May 1, 2027. Non-payment by May 1, 2027 will result in you forfeiting your seat.
After your Balance Payment has been made, cancellations will receive a $200 refund prior to May 1, 2027. 
Balance payments are non-refundable after July 1, 2027. 

We thank you for your understanding. In addition, attendees who choose to cancel are responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as hotel reservations and transportation. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any cancellation costs incurred with hotels, airlines or other third parties.
