We will be announcing additional Special Guests and Vendors! This event is hosted by Hobby House Needleworks and will be based at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa in Fairport, NY. We hope you will join us!
EXCLUSIVE DESIGNS AND PRE-EVENT SWAG:
Attendees will be treated to new exclusive designs from each of the designers, and will be pampered with lovely gifts - including a pre-event package with amazing event swag - outstanding meals, and fabulous extras throughout the entire Retreat Weekend! Attendees will be eligible for pre-event online meet and greets with the designers and the special guests! In addition, we will be offering optional excursions on the Wednesday and Thursday (July 28-29, 2027) of Retreat Week, including day trips to Niagara Falls, the Finger Lakes Wine Region, the George Eastman House, and Strong Museum of Play! This is truly an opportunity to get to know Upstate New York! There will be limited seats available, so come one or come all, and round up your stitching friends and plan your road trip for next summer!

EVENT FEE: $675 (USD)
Consisting of:
- Deposit: $300 (USD) (Non-refundable after April 1, 2027)
- Balance Payment: $375 (USD) (Due on April 1, 2027)

REFUND POLICY:
- Please read carefully -
If you cancel your Registration prior to April 1, 2027, a $100 Service Fee will be deducted from your Deposit and a refund will be made if we can fill your seat from a wait list.
Deposits are non-refundable after April 1, 2027.
Invoices for the Balance Payment will be sent March 1, 2027 and are due on April 1, 2027. Non-payment by April 1, 2027 will result in you forfeiting your seat.
After your Balance Payment has been made, cancellations will receive a $200 refund prior to April 1, 2027.
Balance payments are non-refundable after June 1, 2027.
