REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration will begin on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 12:00pm Noon (ET) on the Hobby House Needleworks website. The website is located at www.hobbyhouseneedleworks.com. A banner with the above image will link directly to the Registration page. Seats will be assigned with accepted payments of the Deposit Fees of $400USD through Major Credit Cards and PayPal on a first come, first served basis. We urge you to include your email address in your Account contact information so you can confirm that your payment has been received. No email, voicemail, text, Messenger, social media commenting, or other form of communication can be accepted as a request to Register.
REFUND POLICY
Upon registering for the Weekend Retreat, we will offer Refunds when another needleworker fills your vacated seat based on the schedule below. This will be done by the Event Organizers only, and no outside transfers can be made. Please read very carefully.
DEPOSIT REFUNDS
If you cancel your Registration prior to June 19, 2026, a $100 Service Fee will be deducted from your Deposit and a Refund will be made when another needleworker fills your vacated seat. Deposits are non-refundable after June 19, 2026.
BALANCE
Invoices for Balance Payments will be sent on May 19, 2026 and are due by June 19, 2026. Non-payment by June 19, 2026 will result in you forfeiting your seat. After your Balance Payment has been made, cancellations will receive a refund on the Balance Payment only prior to July 19, 2026 minus a $100 Service Fee when another needleworker fills your seat. Balance Payments are non-refundable after August 19, 2026.
