We are Honored to be partnering with Nicola Parkman of Hands Across the Sea Samplers and Claudia dutcher Kistler of Dutch Treat Designs once again to offer an Exclusive, Weekend Workshop "With Needle and Thread" from Friday, November 3 through Sunday, November 5, 2023, at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa located in Rochester, NY.
To reserve your seat, a $300 deposit is required. An additional payment of $495 will be required in August 2023.
Schedule of Events
The Event will begin Friday Evening with Check-in followed by a "Meet & Greet" Welcome Reception with complimentary Hors d'Oeuvres and Beverages with Nicola and Claudia at the Hotel. Guests arriving early can enjoy the Hotel Amenities and nearby attractions in Pittsford and the surrounding area.
Saturday morning Attendees will be offered a Buffet Breakfast followed by the Workshop by Nicola. The Workshop will include lecture and instruction on the stitches used. The Workshop will also incorporate a unique Show & Tell section, and multiple short breaks as well as a Buffet Lunch. Event Memorabilia will be distributed throughout the day along with a very special and exclusive gift. Saturday's Formal Event Activities will close with an Evening Reception including a Buffet Dinner and Beverages, and then the main Conference Room and entire first floor of the Hotel will be available to Attendees for Open Stitch until midnight.
On Sunday Morning, Attendees will be offered a Buffet Breakfast followed by the Workshop with Claudia. The Workshop will include lecture and instruction, and will include short breaks as well as a Buffet Lunch. More Event Memorabilia will be distributed to Attendees during Sunday's Workshop. Sunday's Formal Event Activities will end following the Workshop, but the main Conference Room and entire first floor of the Hotel will again be available to all Attendees for Open Stitch.
Registration Details
Registration for this Workshop will open at 12:00pm (noon) EST on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, and will be Reserved as first come, first served based on receipt of the deposit payment.

Workshop Fee
The Fee for the Workshop is $795 (USD) and will be split into two payments: a Deposit Payment of $300 at the time of Registration, and a Balance Payment of $495. The Balance Payment will be due in August of 2023.
Hotel Accommodations, Travel to/from the Hotel, Hotel Spa, Incidentals and Purchases are not included in the Workshop Fee.
