Event Fee: $475 ($200 Deposit / $275 Balance)

Join Hobby House Needleworks as we welcome Isi of The Primitive Hare to Rochester! This mid-October, Halloween-themed Weekend Retreat will feature exclusive designs and kit materials from The Primitive Hare along with many fun activities... and of course lots of stitching! The event will include optional activities such as costume competitions and a spooky trip to Power's Farm Market with a hay ride through the Haunted Forest! Included in the event fee will be a variety of meals and a reception at the hotel, Isi's kit along with great swag courtesy of Hobby House Needleworks!

Friday, October 17, 2025

Hobby House Needleworks will be open for normal business hours from 10am-5pm.

1pm Stitching Room Opens at the Woodcliff Hotel

5-7pm Meet & Greet Reception with Isabella Abbiati - Location: Woodcliff Hotel Banquet Room

7-11pm - Retreat Open Stitch - Woodcliff Hotel Banquet Room

Attendees are encouraged to explore the area! Local favorite restaurants Branca, Fruit & Salad, Richardson's, Tom Wahl's, the Basin Pub, and many others near the Woodcliff Hotel and Eastview Mall!

4-6pm - Private Shopping - Location: Hobby House Landing, Victor, NY

4-6pm - Optional Trip to Power's Farm Market

Hotel accommodations, travel to/from the Hotel, Hotel Spa, Incidentals and Purchases are not included on the Workshop Fee.

Refund Policy: In the event you need to cancel your attendance, we will offer refunds when another attendee fills your seat. This will be done by the event organizers only, and no outside transfers can be made. Costs are immediately incurred and we need to ensure that these remain covered. When your seat is filled, a $50 service fee will be deducted from your refund. Attendees who choose to cancel are responsible for their related bookings, such as hotel and transportation. The event organizers are not responsible for any cancellation costs incurred with hotels, airlines, or other third parties.
