REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration will officially begin on Friday, August 4, 2023, 12:00pm Noon (EST) on the Hobby House Needleworks website located at www.hobbyhouseneedleworks.com. A banner with the above graphic will appear at the top of the website and will link directly to the Registration page. Seats will be assigned based on accepted payments of the Deposit Fees of $375USD through Major Credit Cards and PayPal. We urge you to include your email address in your Account contact information so you can confirm that your payment has been received. No phone, text, Messenger, mail, social media commenting, or any other form of communication will be accepted as a request to register.

REFUND POLICY
Upon registering for this Retreat, we are not able to offer refunds unless another Needleworker fills your seat. This will be done by the Event Organizers only, and no outside transfers of seats can be transacted. Costs are immediately incurred and we need to ensure that these are covered. In addition, a $50USD Service Fee will be deducted from the original Deposit, so the refunded amount will be $300USD. We thank you for your understanding. In addition, attendees who choose to cancel are responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as hotel and transportation. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any cancellation costs incurred with hotels, airlines or other third parties.
