The recessed lid of this box allows needleworkers to install finished pieces onto the top of the box. The box comes with a mounting ring to make finishing a breeze.

The interior is maple hardwood, unpainted, and the bottom of the box is marked with Lone Elm Lane's logo. The lid can be flipped for deeper recess to frame rug hooking. The distressed finish is a multi-step process artfully creating a vintage reproduction.

Additional rings are available for switching out designs on the top of the box.
